Mentor Program
A
while ago Jia signed up for a mentor program where she was paired with a
local university student from China. It was the perfect match. They
both love drawing and architecture and just being together. Weiyu taught
Jia paper-cutting tonight. Jia was ecstatic. What a great program.

Cross-Country Skiing
Starting the new year with my very favorite family activity -
cross-country skiing. It has been such fun to watch the girls increase
their skill level over the years from tears at certain hills to mastery
of them. And I love that Willa points out all the animal tracks and
birds along the way.
