Ebelskivers

Ebelskivers (a Scandinavian filled treat) take so much time that I only make them once a year. Today was the day! Varieties were: pear, blue cheese, pecan with drizzled honey; Nutella with whipped cream; blackberry jam with lemon juice and powdered sugar; and brown sugar and pecan with whipped cream. Done and yum!
