Gingerbread Houses

Given that two of the four gingerbread houses we made yesterday collapsed (and became cookies), we were especially impressed by this Gingerbread City! So many incredible local buildings from Prince's Paisley Park to Mickey's Diner to First Ave to Surly... As we were at the Norway House, it was followed by lefse for dessert.
