She has switched from saying "ennnn" when she fusses to "emmmm." Now Jia and Han walk around saying "emmmm" all the time. Thankfully, she fusses very rarely.
Why does she already look older to us?

Jia has been taking very good care of her babies while I take care of Willa.
And we've been having fun while Willa sleeps.

Does anyone have any input on what type of sleep schedule a five/six month old has? When do they nap and for how long? When do they go to bed and get up? How often do they eat during the night?
I realize that each kid is different but we've got nothing when it comes to a schedule (other than the fact that Willa wants to eat every four hours like clockwork and is still getting adjusted to the time change). Any thoughts are appreciated.

At 8 months, Muriel was a two nap baby. 9 ish - 11ish. And then again from 1-3 ish. She went to bed between 7 and 7:30. Eating, yes, bout every 4 hours.
now, almost 2 1/2 - nap? if we are lucky - on for 1-2 hours (better at daycare then home). Night time, much to mom's schgrin...8-8:30 (darn daylight savings time).
Hi Jane! I wrote to you about schedules/sleeping/eating on our group.
LOVE the picture of Jia with her baby in the carrier. What beautiful girls you have :-)
OMG, she is beautiful, both of your daughters are.
You must be in heaven.

I love the new pics! Jia and Willa are just adorable!!! I love Jia and her baby carrier. Sorry I don't have any sleeping tips. My youngest was 13-months old and to us, she was a baby. :-)
4-5 months is when M+O started sleeping through the night and we had a schedule that had them napping from 9:30 - 11:30 and then from 1:30 - 3:30 ish. Bed prolly about 8:00, but I don't remember that part. I remember the naps because I had to schedule EVERYTHING around it.
Love that Jia wears the Bjorn. She's going to be a fantastic big sister!
(Do you still want five kids?)
Jane, the girls look great and so happy! That is so great that Willa is uttering consanants! I hope you get some good feedback with a sleep schedule, I am of no help in that department:)

Priceless photos - as usual!!
Willa HAS changed already!!!
And Miss Jia is just too adorable in those strawberry sunglasses. :)
So glad that things are going well. The girls look so happy!
What if you put a little cereal in her bottle before bedtime? That usually helps them sleep through the night. She probably should take 2 naps a day. I think Willa will let you know how she likes her schedule.
Of course Jia is a wonderful sister. You are doing a great job juggling 2....I know that is a big step. I wonder how I will do with 3?????
Wow she is so pretty.
