Travel Group Fun!

We got together with the two other families from our travel group. Back in 2006 we all traveled to Qichun to adopt our girls Jia, Carrie and Jia. Marie, Carrie's older sister, also traveled with us.

I was astonished at how amazingly well the girls all got along. Perfectly, really. They were cohorts immediately even though it had been a year since they last saw each other. The Jias both called each other "the other Jia" and they both happen to call their dads, Bobby. Willa even made it up past 8:00 p.m.! It was a truly wonderful day.

What great fun!!! The girls are all beautiful and it looks like they have a special bond. How neat that the two Jia's share such commonalities!

Beautiful girls!

What cute photos and scrapbooking!! I love today's comparison to the red couch. My how they have grown. Jia's hair in the pigtails looks adorable!

WOW, how the girls have changed! So great that you can still keep that connection too. What a wonderful and special bond for them.

What wonderful pictures; so glad that you can keep in touch like that. We also have reunions with Jade's adoption group, its always really fun and important for us to keep that bond. I read back through your previous posts (at one year and gotcha day). Its wonderful how well Jia is doing; you are both wonderful parents! By the way, I think Lily really resembles Jia at the same age!
