We then attended Arty Pants, a children's event at the Walker Art Center. We checked out the John Waters "Absentee Landlord" exhibit there too, and then made art outside. If you click to enlarge and look close, you will see that the entrance tags say, "Trouble Maker."
I love this pink eyeball wallpaper!
The kids made edible art in the art lab.

The thing I find extra cool about the Walker is that Joe's mom used to live there! From the 40's to the 60's, the Walker had something called the Idea House, a place to showcase modern design ideas for homes. She lived in the house for a while and people could enter contests to spend weekends in the house with her!Later in the week, we visited the Museum of Russian Art with my parents.
The girls loved doing the scavenger hunt!
And getting souvenirs.
Of course, we created lots of art at home too.
A great week!
