We had a great time today playing with neighbors:

We also had a terrific time yesterday. We put up our tree. Our first real one. I love the smell! Cousin Han (dressed as a reindeer), his Grandpa Mike and my mom (happy birthday!) all joined us for decorating.

I was very excited to have found this advent calendar for the girls.
We had one like it when I was a kid. We lost it in a large house fire, and I recently found this one online. I had such fond memories of it, and I hope my girls grow to have them too!Tonight, we did our annual tour of the holiday lights at Lake Phalen. We had a new family member along this time!

I love your tree and the stockings by the fireplace. I love your winter pictures of the girls. Always so much fun and it puts me in the Christmas mood!

Love it! It must be so fun to be in snow! We have the complete opposite in Florida. When it is cold everyone stays inside. When it's warm the whole neighborhood is out and playing in sprinklers. Funny!
