Isn't this sweet? I had it made for Jia and I'm debating on when to give it to her...before we leave? Maybe have my parents give it to her to wear when we arrive? Maybe we should give it to her when we get home?
(Most kids don't think of clothing as a very special present, but Jia does. We were shopping the other day and I told her I was getting her another pair of white socks. Jia replied, "Oh, THANK YOU Mommy!" and was quite excited. All the other shoppers around us laughed. This girl could spend hours in her closet.)

What a cute shirt. What about a gift that she can open on the day of Willa's homecoming? Is she coming to the airport to greet you? That seems like a perfect time to wear it. She'll be beaming with pride to meet her sister. I'm so happy for you! Only 5 days!

I think I'd choose to have Jia wear it as a special shirt when she meets her sister for the first time. It's a special day... with a special shirt for the occasion. Also, it would make Jia to feel special when Willa is getting a lot of attention.
