I know!!!!! I am soooo happy! I cried when they made the announcement and cried during his speech. I'm just so happy. I never thought I would live to see the day we have a black president also. I am sooooo happy!!!!!! And I don't have to stress anymore about the thought of Palin being VP!

What a great night to be an American! I just hugged my kids' a little tighter the next morning:) And the great news is that they can ID the new president-elect when they see him on TV! Got that checked off for Kindergarten prep.
